Team-Profile-Generator

An application that take in information about employees and generates an HTML webpage that displays summaries for each person

Installation

The following npm packages below are needed. To install these packages, run the following command in the Integrated Terminal:

    npm init -y
    npm i inquirer@6.5.0
    npm i jest

To run the application, run the following command in the Integrated Terminal:

node index.js

Features

• A command-line application, using inquirer.prompt, display questions, asks for User input and accepts User input as information about employees.
• Each team member type is defined as a class. There is a blue print class called Employee, and three other extended classes; namely Manager, Engineer and Intern, each with additional properties and methods for their role.

• User is present with a menu with the option to:

  * Add an engineer
  
  * Add an intern 
  
  * Finish building the team
  

• When User finishes building their team, they exit the application, and a HTML file is generated in “output” folder.
